A bus arrivals board that cycles routes 12 downtown, 19 crosstown, and 42 express, counts down to the next bus, and shows live Seattle weather above an orange service-alerts ticker. Built for transit lobbies, campus shuttle stops, and apartment buildings near a stop. Alerts like "use rear doors" and "detour on pine" flip through on their own dedicated row.

Can arrivals come from our transit agency's real-time feed?
If your agency exposes arrivals as JSON — many publish GTFS-realtime relays or simple JSON APIs — a Business-plan data widget can flip minutes-away values live, updating in under a second. Otherwise the next-bus widget cycles the fixed times you enter.
How do I put our routes and alerts on the board?
Fork it, then replace the route ticker's three messages with your own lines, set the next-bus widget's times to your schedule, and rewrite the orange alerts ticker. The weather widget takes any coordinates, so swap Seattle for your own city.
What screen works at a bus stop or building lobby?
Anything that opens a URL: a lobby smart TV, a Chromecast or Fire TV stick on a spare screen, or an old tablet. No app installs, no wiring beyond power — the split-flap animation runs in the browser at 60 FPS.
Can I shrink the 38-column grid for a smaller lobby screen?
Yes — rows and columns are free to change after forking. Dropping to around 28 columns makes each flap noticeably larger, which helps riders read the route and minutes-away line from across a lobby or through glass.
