Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Month to month, no contract. You keep your displays live until end of billing cycle.
Do I need hardware?
No special hardware. Open flaps.tv/d in the TV's own web browser, or in Chrome or Edge on a laptop, mini-PC or streaming stick plugged into the screen. Press "Test this TV" on that page to check your screen before you pay.
Can I start without a card?
Yes. Build and preview first. Your one-time 14-day TV trial starts only when the first screen pairs and runs on Starter limits (1 display, 5 scenes); no card is required. Choose any plan before it ends to keep playing or add screens.
What counts as a display?
A display is a unique URL that renders a split-flap board. Each TV or screen you set up counts as one display.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, up or down, from Manage billing. Stripe shows any prorated charge or credit before you confirm. If you move to a plan with fewer displays, boards over the new limit pause on their screens (the oldest keep playing) until you upgrade or remove a board. Nothing is deleted.
What happens to my boards if I stop paying?
Nothing is lost. Your boards stay saved in your workspace — they just stop playing on live screens until you subscribe again.
