How do I change the blue awning line and the zone names?
Both are plain edits after forking: the awning instruction is a muted text line you retype for your own landmark, and the zone ticker is a three-message list — rename zones, drop the taxi lane, or add an accessible-pickup entry.
Can the wait time reflect real conditions?
Yes, two ways: staff can update the six-minute figure in the editor and the board flips over on the TV, or on the Business plan you can bind the number to any JSON endpoint — say, an internal queue API — for automatic updates.
What hardware goes at the curb?
None to buy — any TV or screen with a browser works, including a Chromecast or Fire TV stick on an existing lobby display. Valet stands often just point a wall-mounted smart TV at the board's URL before the evening rush.
Can I resize the board for a vertical or small door screen?
Yes. The default 10x36 grid is landscape, but rows and columns are editable — fewer columns and more rows suit a tall doorway screen, and shrinking the grid makes each flap larger for reading at curb distance.
