How do I set our own dismissal waves and lane messages?
Fork the template, then type your bell schedule into the next-wave widget — it counts down to the soonest time and advances automatically. The blue bus-lane ticker is a message list office staff can rewrite daily as buses load and the car line moves.
Can the same screen handle morning arrival too?
Yes — add an arrival scene with drop-off instructions alongside the dismissal scene, and the board rotates between them on the durations you set. Many offices simply leave both in rotation so the screen is useful at both ends of the day.
What TV works facing a window or the parent loop?
Any TV that can open a URL — a school smart TV, or an older set with a Chromecast or Fire TV stick. Because it is just a browser page, IT does not need to install or maintain any signage software.
Can office staff update bus statuses without touching the TV?
Yes. Edits made in the dashboard flip onto the display, so a front-office laptop controls the screen at the loop. On the Business plan you can even drive statuses from a shared JSON endpoint your transportation team updates.
