How do I swap in our departments' events and notices?
Fork the board, put your event start times in the next-event widget, and rewrite the two tickers: one holds today's lineup, the other campus announcements like ID policies and extended hours. Colors per row are editable if you want brand accents.
Will the 40-column layout fit our smaller lobby screens?
The 11x40 grid targets a full-size TV, but you can trim columns after forking — around 30 suits a modest lobby display, and fewer columns means larger flaps that read from farther down a corridor.
