MEETING ROOM DISPLAY BOARD
A meeting room display board that shows the next booking, live room status, the current time, and rotating handoff notes on any office TV. The layout pairs a next-meeting widget cycling through 09:00, 10:30, 13:00, and 15:30 slots with tickers for availability and AV notes like the HDMI cable and Zoom bar. Mount it outside Room Atlas so teams see status before they knock.

Can this board pull real bookings from our room calendar?
Yes. On the Business plan you can point a live data widget at any JSON endpoint — for example a small proxy in front of your Google or Outlook room calendar — and the next-meeting row flips to fresh bookings in under a second.
How do I change the room name and the meeting times?
Fork the template, then click any line to edit it. Rename "room atlas" to your room, replace the 09:00–15:30 slot list inside the next-meeting widget, and swap the HDMI and Zoom notes in the handoff ticker for your own AV setup.
What do I need to mount this outside a meeting room?
Any screen with a browser works: a small smart display, a Chromecast or Fire TV stick behind a monitor, or a spare tablet in a wall mount. You open your board's URL once and the split-flap display runs on its own.
Can it show different content during lunch or after hours?
Yes. Add extra scenes to the display — say a "room open" scene for lunch and a quiet after-hours scene — give each its own duration, and the board rotates through them unattended all day.
