CONFERENCE ROOM NEXT UP
A compact conference room schedule board that shows the next booking, room capacity, AV connections, and the current time on one split-flap screen. The layout stacks a next-meeting widget cycling through five daily slots over a capacity line for eight seats, an HDMI note, and a polite reminder to end meetings on time. Made for the smaller displays mounted beside shared rooms.

Can I resize this layout for a bigger or smaller screen?
Yes. The template ships at 10 rows by 36 columns; after forking you can change both in board settings. Shrink it for a countertop display beside the door, or widen the grid so the next-meeting line reads clearly across a large wall TV.
How do I update the capacity and AV lines for my room?
Every line is editable after you fork. Change "capacity 8" to your real seat count, swap the HDMI note for USB-C or a wireless system, and edit the five booking times inside the next-up widget to match your room's actual schedule.
Is this conference room board free to use?
Building and customizing the board is free. You only need a paid plan — from $8/mo — when you want to play it live on the screen outside your room, with unattended playback and the 60 FPS split-flap animation.
Which devices can run this next-up display?
Anything with a web browser: smart TVs, Chromecast, Fire TV, Apple TV, or a spare tablet mounted by the door. There is no app to install and no signage player to buy — you open the board URL and it runs.
