CALL CENTER WALLBOARD

A call center wallboard that puts queue depth, average wait, service level, and agents ready on one split-flap TV display. The default layout shows 12 callers in queue, a 02:14 average wait, a 91% service-level progress bar, and 24 agents available — the four numbers every floor supervisor watches. Color coding turns the queue orange so pressure is visible across the room.

QUESTIONS
Can queue depth and wait time update from our contact center platform?

Yes. Platforms like Five9, Genesys, or Amazon Connect expose real-time stats over their APIs; on the Business plan you aim each number widget at a JSON endpoint and the queue count flips to new values in under a second — genuinely live, not refreshed on a timer you notice.

Will this replace our aging wallboard hardware?

For most floors, yes. It needs only a TV with a browser — smart TV, Chromecast, Fire TV, or Apple TV — so retired wallboard controllers and LED tickers can come down. Open the board URL on the screen and it plays continuously.

Can I add metrics like abandon rate or AHT to this layout?

Yes. Fork the board and add more number or progress widgets below the existing four, or repurpose a row: turn "agents ready" into abandon rate, or add a second progress bar for AHT against target. Each widget has its own label, color, and format.

Can the wallboard rotate between voice, chat, and email queues?

Build one scene per channel and set per-scene durations — 15 seconds on voice, 10 on chat, 10 on email. The display cycles through them unattended, so a single TV covers every queue the team is staffing.
