How do I set our city's weather and our family's times?
Fork the board, then give the weather widget your coordinates in place of Chicago's, and type your own daily anchors — school run, pickup, practice, bedtime — into the next-event widget. The reminder ticker takes whatever your fridge notes usually say.
Can it pull events from our shared family calendar?
If your calendar can publish upcoming events as JSON — via an export or a small relay — a Business-plan data widget can show the next entry automatically. Most families simply retype the handful of recurring times once and adjust by season.
Can weekday mornings and evenings show different boards?
Yes — build a morning scene focused on departures and lunches and an evening scene for practice and bedtime, each with its own duration. The kitchen display rotates through them unattended all day.
Do we need to buy anything to run it in the kitchen?
No hardware beyond a screen you likely own: a kitchen TV, an old monitor, or a set with a Chromecast or Fire TV stick. Designing is free; keeping the board playing live starts at $8/mo.
